Outpatient Admissions & Referrals

Our outpatient addiction treatment admissions process is completely confidential. Prospective clients may call us on their own, or be referred by family, physicians, employers, health care agencies, school personnel, legal professionals, insurance companies, and or, private practitioners.

Substance use disorder treatment is covered by most third-party payers, health plans, and Medicaid. However, in the event that a health care plan does not cover this level of care, a self-pay arrangement can be discussed and implemented based upon need.

For outpatient admission, prospective clients may contact our Outpatient Services at outpatient@stjoestreatment.org, call, or walk-in any of our outpatient clinics listed above.

Our Main on Elm location in Malone combines continuing recovery services with educational opportunities through North Country Community College.

    Our inpatient addiction treatment program in Saranac Lake, NY is a 67-bed co-ed program that provides varying lengths of stay based on each person’s own medical necessity.
