Permanent Supportive Housing
Dignified, Safe Housing To Enhance Sustained Recovery
St. Joseph’s Permanent Supportive Housing programs share the goals of providing safe and secure housing, and stability for individuals and families in an environment that maximizes strengths, builds both self-reliance and mutual support, helps in reconnecting with positive family members or natural supports, and opens opportunities for educational (particularly community college) and skills-training programs with the objective of securing steady, living-wage employment.
The programs operate with a “Housing First” protocol and provide affordable subsidized housing with on-site and in-home support services to assist individuals and families in reducing the risk of homelessness, supporting their substance use disorder recovery, and building skills to promote lifestyle stability and success.
